Captain Rowan is a qualified skipper and boat engineer to steer you safely around the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater. Our friendly crew are happy to serve up your drinks, clear up the mess and ensure you’re comfortable (and having fun!) throughout your event.
Event Supplies
Rosie Boat is equipped with everything you need for your Gold Coast boat charter. We provide the following boat charter services and appliances for all events:
- Eskies, champagne buckets and ice, small fridge
- Glassware, kettle for BYO tea and coffee, blender for BYO cocktails
- Eco-friendly disposable plates, cutlery and serviettes
- Small barbecue and utensils
- Sound system with Blue Tooth connection to play your own playlists

- Microphone for speeches and karaoke
- Inflatable Twister mat
- Festoon lighting
- Large deck for dancing and games
- High tea stands, cake stands, floral roof decoration, sign easel
Food Catering Boat Charter Services
Rosie Boat is a BYO food and drink service. You’re welcome to bring your favourite food aboard. Please keep in mind our storage space in the fridge is limited and the only cooking available is on the small Weber barbecue.
We offer two types of grazing tables for purchase. A small platter ($350) feeds up to 15 guests and a large platter ($600) feeds up to 30. Generally, the grazing tables include the following items. However, this is subject to change depending on the season and availability.
- Falafel, dolmades, cured meats, assorted cheeses, dips, nuts, olives, bread, crackers, fresh fruit, chocolate biscuits, cakes, doughnuts.
Drink Catering Boat Charter Services
Rosie Boat Charters offers a free Dan Murphy’s pick-up service from Dan Murphy’s Biggera Waters. Simply place an online order at least 24 hours before your charter and we’ll pick it up so it’s waiting for you on arrival. When ordering, add Rosie Boat Charters and our phone number (0411 91 47 91) in the Nominee Pick Up Person section.
If you order champagne, we’re happy to have welcome drinks ready for you on arrival. Though Rosie Boat isn’t a bar, we can also mix up two types of cocktails for you. Please provide recipes on booking. We highly recommend ordering Mr Consistent cocktail mixers as a simple and delicious choice. If you’re an expert mixologist, you’re welcome to use the kitchen area to whip up your creations.

Boat Charter Service Add Ons
